1. The service. Messaria ("the Service") connects your own WhatsApp number to AI assistants (such as Claude or ChatGPT) through the Model Context Protocol, so your assistant can read and send messages on your behalf, at your request.
2. Not affiliated with WhatsApp. The Service is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed, or supported by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. The Service connects to WhatsApp using the linked-device mechanism, similar to WhatsApp Web, which may be contrary to WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
3. ⚠️ Account risk — read this. Connecting any third-party tool to WhatsApp carries a risk that WhatsApp suspends or permanently bans your number. By using the Service you accept this risk entirely. We are not liable for any suspension, ban, loss of messages, or business loss arising from your use of the Service. We recommend you do not connect a number you cannot afford to lose, and that you do not use the Service for bulk or unsolicited messaging.
4. Acceptable use. No spam, no bulk unsolicited messages, no harassment, no illegal content, no use against people who have asked you to stop contacting them. We may suspend accounts that break this.
5. Billing. USD 20 per connected number per month, billed by card through Stripe, starting the day you subscribe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded.
6. Your responsibility. Your MCP link is a secret key to your WhatsApp. Keep it private. Anything your AI assistant sends through the Service counts as sent by you.
7. Availability. The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it, and we may modify or discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
